Shipping Methods and Weight Limits
At Kinzi, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping options for all our customers. We offer shipping via FedEx for packages weighing up to 68kg. For shipments exceeding this weight, alternative arrangements can be made based on Incoterm conditions.

Heavy Shipments
For shipments heavier than 68kg, we can arrange delivery to the port in Bangkok on a Free on Board (FOB) basis. This means that Kinzi will handle all arrangements and costs up to the point where the goods are loaded onto the shipping vessel at the port. Beyond this point, the customer is responsible for the transportation costs and any other associated fees.

Customer Arranged Collection
Customers who prefer to arrange their own collection can do so on an Ex-Works (EXW) basis. This means that Kinzi will make the goods available at our premises, and the customer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and any other costs from that point onward.

Delivery Time
FedEx Shipments: Standard delivery times will apply based on the destination and service. Please refer to the FedEx website for detailed shipping timelines.
FOB Shipments: Delivery times will vary based on the shipping schedule and destination port.
EXW Shipments: Delivery times will depend on the customer's chosen method of collection and transportation.

Shipping Costs
FedEx Shipments: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package.
FOB Shipments: Costs up to the port in Bangkok are included. Any additional costs beyond this point are the responsibility of the customer.
EXW Shipments: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs from our premises.
International Shipping
Kinzi offers international shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.
